Moving 2,000 Guests to a Major Corporate Event
Mission
A client required the transportation of 2,000 passengers from across the UK to a single event location in France.
Passengers were departing from six different UK airports, creating a complex multi-aircraft operation that needed careful planning to avoid airport congestion and long queues.
Solution
We chartered 11 aircraft across three airlines, using a mix of Airbus A320, A321 and Boeing 737-800 aircraft to meet the capacity requirements.
Flights were staggered across the six departure airports to ensure passenger flow remained smooth and manageable for airport staff.
Dedicated representatives were positioned at each airport to manage check-in and coordinate boarding.

During the return journey, we arranged last-minute PRM assistance for a passenger who had been injured during the event. Another passenger attempted to travel with prohibited items including paint tins and electric drills, which required quick coordination with security teams.
With multiple aircraft departing from the same airport, we also ensured clear passenger guidance so everyone boarded the correct flight.
Success
Despite the scale and complexity of the operation, all passengers travelled successfully and the event ran without disruption.

Neil Diamond – Final World Tour
Mission
During Neil Diamond’s final world tour in 2017, we were tasked with transporting the artist, crew and tour equipment between destinations.
The flight required the movement of A-party talent, B-party crew and C-party production teams, all travelling together while maintaining tight security and confidentiality.
Solution
We arranged a charter aircraft capable of accommodating passengers, equipment and specialised catering requirements.
Ground handling teams were carefully coordinated to allow airside access for passenger vehicles and tour buses, enabling a seamless transfer directly to the aircraft.
Where luggage trucks were not available airside, we arranged porters to assist with the large volume of touring equipment.

Mission
We were tasked with arranging an urgent evacuation of United Nations personnel from South Sudan during escalating political instability.
The mission required collecting passengers from several remote locations before transporting them safely out of the country.
Solution
An aircraft capable of operating from remote and unpaved airstrips was secured at very short notice.
The operation involved multiple stops to collect personnel from different locations before departing the region.
With communications extremely limited, passengers were instructed simply to arrive with their passports ready for immediate departure.
